The Democrats underline the clash taking place within the executive, which has involved Crosetto and Palazzo Chigi, pushing Alfredo Mantovano to reiterate the government’s trust in Aise. “From the right to the government – they write again – after months of vague reports of conspiracy, there has been no exercise of responsibility. In a moment of dramatic geopolitical crisis – we read again – is a clash between the two government figures and the institutional subjects that more than anyone else should guarantee our security acceptable? We, in every venue, without obviously interfering with the investigations of the judiciary, ask for clarity on what has emerged so far in Antimafia: that is, the extreme vulnerability of our cybernetic networks and confidential databases, the possible existence of a market of confidential information, of which all responsibility of executors and possible instigators must be uncovered”.
As reported by RepublicCrosetto intends to be heard at Copasir, in order to further detail the meaning of his complaint. According to the members of the Pd in Antimafia, however, it would be better to also bring the issue to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. “Due to the gravity of the facts and the political contrast that has emerged, we believe it is essential that the government with its Prime Minister Meloni report to Parliament on a delicate issue such as national security”. A request that aims to highlight the extent of the conflict in the executive.
