Croatia: tailor-made labor law for employers

Reducing employee wages, exempting companies from the Labor Code and increasing the working week to 56 hours, for periods of up to four months: this will be possible with the new law passed in Croatia.

But a labor law was approved at the end of December by the Sabor, the Croatian parliament, following negotiations conducted since the beginning of 2022 by the conservative government of Prime Minister Andrej Plenković. And this is very unfavorable for the workers.
