Croatia and several regions in Sweden and Finland will be quarantined from Monday

Norrbotten will be red, while Östergötland, Värmland and Västra Götaland will be orange. Gotland, Halland, Skåne and Stockholm go from orange to red.

North Jutland in Denmark will also be at the red level. Thus, there are still entry restrictions and quarantine requirements when entering from all regions in Denmark.

In Finland, Northern Savonia, Northern Ostrobothnia, Satakunta, Southern Karelia, Southern Savonia and Åland go from green to orange.

In addition, the popular holiday country Croatia goes from green to orange. Lithuania and the Vatican City State do the same. Monaco goes from red to dark red and is required to quarantine hotels.

Fewer purple land

Azerbaijan, Serbia and Qatar are removed from the list of so-called purple countries. Thus, there is a requirement for quarantine hotels from these countries. Albania, Australia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canada, Kosovo, Moldova, New Zealand, Northern Macedonia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan and Ukraine continue to be purple.

The infection situation has also improved in some places, but NIPH does not consider easing the entry restrictions in even-numbered weeks.

Exceptions for vaccinated

Fully vaccinated and those who have had covid-19 in the last six months are exempt from the quarantine requirement. Protected persons who have received the first vaccine dose between 3 and 15 weeks ago and children under the age of 18 must be in the entry quarantine, but can terminate the quarantine if they test negative no earlier than three days after arrival.

Red and orange countries have the same quarantine rules for Norwegians, but it is limited who from these countries can come to Norway.
