My duties
Responsible for translating business propositions into inspiring and engaging cross-channel marketing journeys
Handle campaign execution and global localizations across all operational teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and of the highest quality
Technical setup of marketing journeys in Marketing Cloud
Liaising with different business units to ensure campaign accuracy
Identify all analytics, data and tech needs and brief the teams accordingly
Management of internal partner relationships to meet briefing deadlines
Drive campaign personalisation and complex targeting to maximise relevancy and performance across different customer segments
Write detailed creative briefs and run agency relationship
Analysis of campaign performance to provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign optimisation
Presentation of campaign and their results to senior partners to engage, influence and inspire
My qualifications
Profound experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in delivering large scale multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience working with data – you are comfortable working with raw data and translating business ideas into data needs
Skilled in the use of Excel, Powerpoint and Word Background in online retail desirable, but not critical
Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive
Drives for results and demonstrates a can-do attitude
Customer-centric focus
Demonstrates flexibility and can effectively lead through a fast paced, fast changing environment
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
