Al-Marsad Newspaper: An Egyptian media woman criticized the way employees at Kuwait Airport dealt with passengers during transit flights.
And she explained, during a circulating video clip, that dealing in an inappropriate manner is with travelers of all nationalities except for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
She revealed some of the employees’ actions, saying: “They should treat people with disgust, give the impression that they are sullen, and there is no talking, in consultation, as if the traveler is too small for the employee to talk to him.”
And she continued: The one goes and he is carrying the concern that he is passing from Kuwait airport, and when he comes out he says, “Praise be to God.”
And she asked: “What is the goal in the end?” And she advised the employees, saying: “Greatness is for God. A smile on your brother’s face is charity.”
