The duo also train together in the garden with football and spend a lot of time improving their technical skills.
Now CR7 has revealed the plans with his eldest son. “I’m not going to put pressure on him to become a footballer. But if you ask me if I want that, then of course I want to. I want him to be the best, whether he becomes a footballer or a doctor,” he said 2016 European champion of the Portuguese newspaper Abola.
CR7 on Cristiano Junior: “He has potential”
The 35-year-old added that Cristiano Junior still has a long way to go in his football career. “He has potential. He’s fast, he dribbles well. But that’s nothing, that’s not enough. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I keep telling him that.”
Cristiano Junior plays in the youth of Juve and should according to the As scored a whopping 56 goals in 35 games in the U9 and U10 last season.
Nevertheless, the father still sees a lot to be done – especially in terms of discipline.
“He sometimes drinks coke, soda, eats french fries. He knows that then I get angry. I sometimes tell him that he has to take a dip in the cold water after the treadmill to relax and he says, ‘Dad, but it is so cold.’ That’s normal, he’s ten years old. ”
