Cristiano Ronaldo Seeks 19.9 Million Euros in Unpaid Wages from Juventus: La Gazzetta dello Sport

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, which reveals the information this Saturday, September 16, the exact amount claimed by Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus amounts to 19.9 million euros. The former player of the Turin club (from 2018 to 2021) would have turned to Italian justice to recover this sum which he had agreed not to collect immediately when the Covid froze the whole world, and therefore Serie A.

After the championship was stopped from March to June 2020, a long period followed without spectators in the stadiums, due to health measures designed to stem the pandemic, and the clubs suffered financially.

The Italian daily indicates that Juve had requested efforts and even salary “freezes” from players and management on two occasions, first in 2020, collectively, then in 2021, via individual negotiations.

Already an agreement between Juve and Dybala

Now, the five-time Portuguese Ballon d’Or, exiled in Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, believes that it is time to recover his property. La Gazzetta dello Sport indicates that following an agreement with Juventus, the Argentinian Paulo Dybala, now at AS Roma, had received three million in salary arrears.
