Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the greatest footballers of all time, Manchester United’s prodigal son and legendary Ab Man, shared a photo of himself and his son on Instagram, both with abs on display.
He captioned the photo, “Recovery time with my boy.” In the background was a door with a porthole in it. This is where the recovery session (or perhaps classic CR7 workout of terrifying proportions) probably took place.

Many Cristiano Ronaldo supporters shared how impressed they were with the couple. “Present and future,” wrote one. “Goat,” said another.
This isn’t the first time Ronaldo has posted photos of his Eskimo-like recovery techniques. Also known as whole-body cryotherapy, this recovery method can CNET, facilitate “faster exercise recovery times, reduced inflammation, pain relief, muscle healing, weight loss, and increased flexibility.”

The study also found that “Possible mechanisms for the relationship between parent and child activity levels include parent role models, sharing of activities by family members, active parents’ enhancement and support of their child’s participation in physical activity, and genetic factors.” include transferred factors that predispose the child to increased levels of physical activity.”

In other Cristiano Ronaldo news, Erik ten Hag, the new Manchester United manager, has given further hints that Cristiano Ronaldo will stay at Manchester United. He called him a “giant” and said he was looking forward to working with him.
This comes after speculation that Ronaldo could leave United after they are eliminated from Champions League competition this year, with the Champions League being a big deal for Ronaldo (he won it four times with Madrid and once with Manchester United a year 2008).
