No European Championship without Cristiano Ronaldo. The world star helped Portugal to qualify against Slovakia with historic international goals – numbers 124 and 125. Roberto Martinez can also prepare for a major exam next summer.

No one will complain about that. With our ex-national coach, many world top players and of course Cristiano Ronaldo, the Southern Europeans are already announcing themselves as one of the most exciting participants.
Ronaldo also claimed a leading role in the qualification against Slovakia. Gonçalo Ramos did open the scoring, but afterwards the spotlight turned back to the record shooter.
With international goal 124, Ronaldo doubled the lead from 11 meters. And after Hancko’s tying goal, the phenomenon once again put his country at a reassuring 3-1.
So that was number 125 – another historic milestone that no footballer has ever reached. Lobotke’s 3-2 could no longer spoil the Portuguese party.
