In a matter of hours, Cristiano Ronaldo surpassed one million subscribers on his YouTube channel, but the number has been increasing and now has more than 18 million subscribers.

“The wait is over. My @YouTube channel is finally here! SUBSCRIBE and join me on this new journey,” Ronaldo posted on Instagram.
It was an instant hit. Within 90 minutes, the Al Nassr striker broke the world record by becoming the fastest channel to reach one million subscribers. He now has 18.7 million and counting.
Ronaldo, 39, posted a video on Instagram showing his children a gold plaque with a “play button” that he received on YouTube for surpassing one million subscribers.
She wrote: “A gift for my family ❤️ Thank you to all SIUUU subscribers!”
While Ronaldo has quickly surpassed the subscriber count of eight-time Ballon d’Or winner and Argentina captain Lionel Messi, who has 2.31 million, he still has a long way to go to catch up with Mr. Beast, the YouTuber with the most subscribers, with 331 million.
This is not the first record that the former Real Madrid and Manchester United player has set on social media.
Ronaldo has 170 million followers on Facebook, 112.6 million on X and a whopping 636 million on Instagram.
