Al-Nassr announced great news to its fans by announcing the return of Cristiano Ronaldo to Luis Castro’s team and his inclusion in the pre-season preparation.
The ‘Don’ took a long holiday after participating in Euro 2024 with Portugal, which ended in the second week of July after his country reached the quarter-finals.
Al-Nassr’s pre-season preparations began about two weeks ago, and Castro’s team played 4 friendly matches in the absence of the 39-year-old.
Now Ronaldo will finally join the Al-Nassr camp, but he will not take part in the friendly against Granada scheduled for Sunday due to a lack of fitness.
Al-Nassr released a video of Ronaldo joining the camp in the Spanish city of Marbella, and the happiness of all the players at the Portuguese’s integration into the camp was evident.
According to the schedule currently announced by Al-Nassr, Ronaldo will not play any friendly matches before the start of the new season on August 14 in the Super Cup semi-final against Al-Taawoun.
