Cristiano Ronaldo scored a 92nd-minute goal in Juventus’ 3-1 win over Sassuolo to make him the most successful player of all time.
The goal that brought Ronaldo level showed the goal instinct and hard work of the Portuguese superstar. Even with the game seemingly won, he still wanted to move on and score another goal.

The late goal tied him with Czech Republic legend Josef Bican with 759 goals.
The record set by Biscan lasted more than 65 years. But now it looks like Ronaldo is on his way to becoming the most successful player of all time.

Throughout his career he was the main man of Portugal, even as a teenager he was extremely important to the team. Now captain and leader of the national team, he scored 102 goals in 170 caps and won a European Championship.

Some wonder if Ronaldo broke the record in the same way Messi’s club record did last week. Yet, record or not, scoring 759 career goals is a magnificent feat.
There is no doubt that Ronaldo is firmly in the GOAT debate and this record is just another example of how he is one of the best players the game has ever seen.
