According to a Bloomberg report, CR7 would have acquired a villa on the island of Jumeirah Bay of approximately 30 thousand square meters and has six bedrooms, private beach access, spa, garage for seven vehicles, a rooftop pool with views of the Dubai skyline and rooms for service staff.
The property is located within the archipelago of palm-shaped artificial islands known as Palm Beach Jumeirah Built between 2001 and 2008, it has become an exclusive neighborhood where only billionaires can afford to live.

The plots in Palm Beach Jumeirah is valued at nearly $27 millionaccording to the real estate site Real Estate News, a price that could increase throughout the year.
If the purchase is completed, this would be the eighth known private property of the Portuguese striker that does not include its Pestana CR7 hotel chain with presence in several cities in Europe and in New York.
