Recently, rumors were circulating that Cristiano Ronaldo and his partner Georgina Rodríguez had gotten married. “When I’m not going to the gym, I like to train at home with my wife. I can push her and she can push me too,” said the 39-year-old in a video. The rumors have not yet been confirmed.
Instead, a separation agreement between the two was made public. The Portuguese magazine “TV GUIA” reported on a contractual agreement. This stipulates that the 30-year-old, with whom Ronaldo has been in a relationship for seven years and has two children together, will receive “financial stability” after a possible separation.

Well, financial stability seems to be a flexible term. Ronaldo is said to have to pay Rodriguez the equivalent of 95,000 Swiss francs a month for the rest of his life. Actually, that’s a horrendous amount. But not when you know that Ronaldo is already a billionaire and allegedly earns around 190 million Swiss francs a year in Saudi Arabia. The five-time world footballer could easily get over that.
It is to his credit that he would take care of his partner if the relationship ended. In addition to the substantial monthly “bonus”, Rodriguez would also receive a villa in Madrid. Ronaldo bought the 950 square meter property in 2010 for 4.8 million Swiss francs.
The magazine further reports that these agreements between the couple are not new, but that they were made immediately after the birth of their first daughter Alana Martina.
