He dealt with many necessary instances, specializing primarily in legal protection and was recognized for his help of human rights. Throughout his profession, he has defended a number of high-profile defendants, together with Nikos Maziotis.
Since 1965, when he started his authorized profession, Spyros Fitrakis has undertaken the protection of well-known personalities and has participated in necessary courtroom instances.
Earlier than the junta, Fitrakis was politically energetic because the secretary of the Lambrakis in Crete and the islands.
