ISTANBUL – Ankara’s Public Prosecutor’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for the fugitive top criminal Sedat Peker. He would be in the United Arab Emirates. From there he has so far posted seven videos on YouTube in which he makes all kinds of allegations against (ex-)top politicians, in particular from the Turkish ruling party AKP.
