Illustrious coordinator of the newspaper O PAIS, greetings and a great Friday… In recent days, some neighborhoods in the municipality of Cacuaco, in Luanda, have been very dangerous due to banditry.
Young people aged between 15 and 25, during the day, rob and physically abuse victims who offer resistance. We no longer know what to do in Pedreira, Belo Monte and Paraíso continue to be very affected by crime and that worries me.
The authorities often don’t know what to do, because whenever they turn their backs, the ‘owners’ of the neighborhood become more rebellious.
They knock on the doors of houses, take everything of value, women have also been victims of ugly abuse.
Now that the festive season is approaching, the criminals are saying that the terror will increase, because the contribution has to be general and no frowns.
I hope that the National Police can maintain prevention so as not to let criminals do their thing at Christmas and New Year.
In fact, many of my families and cousins are avoiding staying in the neighborhood and surrounding areas because of the warning that was issued.
