Freiburg (dpa / lsw) – A 43-12 months-aged guy was sentenced to two years’ suspended prison sentence soon after assaulting and injuring a previous Ukrainian employee. As described Monday by the Freiburg District Court, the defendant, who confessed, was convicted of unsafe private injury in blend with an tried coercion. The judgment is not still ultimate.
In accordance to the indictment, the boss of the German company and two employees, currently convicted, dragged the previous colleague in a motor vehicle and took him to a wooded place.
