They seek to promote investments and development.

The Financing and Investment Promotion Unit of the Provincial Government delivered a total of $711,701,365 in credits to different sectors of Salta production during 2023.

It also granted interest rate subsidies, which made it possible to obtain loans for $2,241,418,000, through the Macro and Nación banks. The financing was made effective with the lines of the Provincial Investment Fund: Wine working capital, Commercial working capital, Microproducers, Plan Ganar, Mipymes productive development, agricultural productive reconversion, and sale and purchase of calves and reproducers at auctions and fairs.

Also, the Create Federal SME Investment line was implemented with Banco Macro and an interest rate bonus agreement was signed with the Banco de la Nación Argentina. This made it possible to expand the credit capacity of the Provincial Investment Fund. The Province has a promotion regime that provides tax credit certificates, within the framework of Law 8086.

This system aims to promote investments and delivers these certificates for an amount equivalent to 40% of the project cost.

Tax credit certificates can be used to pay provincial taxes, which companies sell to other companies, thus obtaining financing that they will repay to the provincial State within a period of 10 years.
