Credit Suisse: Tidjane Thiam’s little golden parachute

The now ex CEO of Credit Suisse leaves with a golden parachute of 30 million dollars (18.2 billion CFA francs). This is a balance of any account including salaries, bonuses and stock options. Too expensive to pay?
