Credit Suisse denies destroying customer data

“Credit Suisse’s right to require non-participating investors to destroy documents related to this transaction was, as is market practice, set out in the non-disclosure agreement. The documents shared with investors did not contain any customer names and/or identification of individual assets, but rather portfolio statistics and performance analyses,” said the second largest Swiss bank on Thursday evening.
