From this shift, it started appear return case long which has been experienced by several consumers of cellular operators, namely they lose their credit (phone and SMS) within a certain time even though the data has been turned off.
This is as experienced by Andika (43) a resident of Sidoarjo, one of the customer mobile operator Indosat Ooredoo since circa 2009.
Andika uses IM3 number. The number always experiences a reduction in the nominal pulse slowly every time you top it up.
This incident has been going on for almost a year. Thus, Andika decided to use another operator to access data on her smartphone.
Andika said, previously he used a data package from Indosat Ooredoo. However, the smartphone also has another number plugged in.

“After some time he decided to use data access from the SIM Card other than Indosat Ooredoo in his smartphone,” he said, Surabaya, East Java, Friday, November 5, 2021.
“Automatic SIM Card data access Indosat Ooredoo is deactivated, but the SMS and voice credits are still left on the SIM card Indosat Ooredoo. The remaining SMS and voice credit on the IM3 number suddenly dwindled in value and that has been happening for months until now,” continued Andika.
