The Generalitat’s Budgets are approved annually by the Corts through the legally established procedure. However, throughout the budget year and with the aim of adapting to real needs, budgets may be modified, within the limits established in the Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, Public Finance, Public Instrumental Sector and Subsidies, through credit additions, extraordinary credits and credit supplements, credit extensions, credit transfers and credit generations and cancellations.
