Crédit du Maroc renews its ISO 37001 version 2016 certification of its Anti-Corruption Management System

On Tuesday, September 10, the award ceremony for the ISO 37001 version 2016 certification of Crédit du Maroc’s Anti-Corruption Management System (SMAC) was held at Les Arènes, the bank’s headquarters. This event took place in the presence of the teams of Crédit du Maroc and Certi-trust, the certification body.

This distinction rewards the efforts made by all Crédit du Maroc teams – at headquarters, in the network and in the subsidiaries – to fully adopt the anti-corruption policy, according to a press release from the group.

Crédit du Maroc Group promotes transparency, integrity and responsibility at all levels, both in its daily activities and in its relations with its customers and partners. Business ethics and deontology occupy a central place for the bank. This constant concern for rigor is reflected in the implementation of an effective Anti-Corruption Management System that complies with the best international standards. This system, certified according to the ISO 37001 standard, helps prevent, detect and counter all forms of corruption.

Ali Benkirane, Chairman of the Board of Crédit du Maroc, said:
