We are currently looking for customer service representatives with a focus on credit for our location in Hamburg.

Your part
Do you enjoy working in a team, are friendly and only satisfied when our customers are too? Then you have come to the right place. Your focus will be on providing holistic support to prospective and existing customers of our financial products and strengthening business relationships.

  • As a customer service representative, you will be highly committed to handling all of our customers’ inquiries regarding our financial products (e.g. credit cards, loans, call money accounts)
  • You are the direct contact person for our customers on the phone and take care of their concerns and inquiries of all kinds
  • You maintain all of our customers’ master data in our in-house IT systems
  • In addition, you handle customer requests in writing via mailbox, email, chat and post
  • If necessary, you forward the customers to the responsible department or the relevant colleagues
  • You keep a cool head in all critical situations and are solution- and goal-oriented
  • You resolve any complaints that arise confidently and professionally
  • You always strike the right tone, even with sensitive or consultation-intensive topics
  • With us you do not make outbound calls (no cold calling)

This speaks for you

  • You have very good communication skills when dealing with customers and enjoy making phone calls
  • You manage to create a healthy balance between good work quality and productivity
  • It is an advantage, but not a must, if you have already gained experience in customer service
  • You constructively question processes and actively contribute ideas for improving our customer processes
  • You always act responsibly, reliably and customer-oriented
  • A secondary school diploma and completed commercial training are an advantage, but not a must
  • Willingness to work flexibly during our current service hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
