Creation of a dematerialized learning service

This processing is implemented and managed by the General Delegation for Employment and Vocational Training (DGEFP).
It has for purposes :
– the establishment of services for users promoting the connection of work-study players and the conclusion of apprenticeship contracts;
– filing of the apprenticeship contract with the services of the Minister responsible for Vocational Training;
– the processing and management of apprenticeship contracts by the organizations concerned;
– the identification of young people leaving the initial training system without a national diploma or a professional title registered in the national directory of professional certifications;
– monitoring the development of apprenticeship contracts, steering and evaluation of public apprenticeship policy, in particular by producing statistics;
– the processing of apprenticeship aid payments;
– improving the quality of service provided to employers and apprentices;
– career guidance for users;
– facilitating the search for training and an apprenticeship contract;
– dissemination of targeted information to beneficiaries of public aid for learning;
– the production of statistics by the observatories of professions and qualifications created within the skills operators.

Can be saved in processing, in particular, the identification data of employers, apprentices, apprenticeship supervisors and legal representatives of minor apprentices and data relating to the apprentice’s training course and career path. A decree will specify the content of this data and the procedures for accessing and transmitting the data.

The data retention period personal and information stored in the treatment is ten years after the end of the apprenticeship contract. In the event of litigation, this period is extended, if necessary, until the intervention of a final judicial decision.
