“I need to nourish myself thanks to others, we are more beautiful and better together,” smiles Audrey Acolet. A real estate loan broker for 17 years, this entrepreneur who does not lack energy opened her agency LFC Courtage in Villers-sur-Mer (Calvados) a year ago, in January 2023.
“We came to settle here with my family five years ago,” she says. At the time, I only had one agency in Mantes-la-Jolie, but I knew I would end up opening another here.”
The years passed, and she ended up making this desire a reality. “Madness or genius, the future will tell us, but I opened when everyone was closing, there was a real financial and real estate crisis,” she remembers, acknowledging:
I find that opening a brokerage firm on the Côte Fleurie makes perfect sense with this very present difficulty that locals have in setting up and investing in their town.

One adventure leads to another
With her Villers agency open, she spent the first twelve months developing her image, allowing people to get to know her and her profession and developing her network, guided by a single desire: “I really want to “helping locals from a financial point of view,” insists the one who works with individuals, real estate agencies, developers or builders of individual houses.
This new professional adventure gave him the idea of launching another, in parallel.
There is a feeling that I have experienced, and that I had not experienced in my professional life until now: it is the loneliness of the entrepreneur. When speaking with professional coaches, they told me that this was one of the reasons why companies closed when people created their companies.

Throughout the meetings, this great talker realized that many professionals needed to meet, exchange ideas, and move forward together. And so she had the idea of launching a Dynabuy business network.
“Pull yourself up”
After a first meeting which will take place on Thursday March 21, 2024, the idea is to organize it once or twice a month.

The objective is to reach entrepreneurs in Villers-sur-Mer, but also in Houlgate, Cabourg, Trouville, Deauville, Pont-l’Évêque and Dozulé. I want to mix activities and territories.

All in a friendly spirit “without jealousy and with kindness” to help everyone develop.
She highlights the advantages of this “very structured” network of which she has been a member for several years. “We have management meetings where entrepreneurs can meet, but also a works council, which is the big positive point, for entrepreneurs who do not have one with the advantages that we know,” says she, specifying that this represents an investment of €70 on average per month. It also adds to the list of actions the “business club with only one profession represented for more targeted recommendation” pole. She insists :
It’s feeling like part of a family, with the desire to work together and give each other the right advice to help each other improve.

Full of energy, eager for meetings and exchanges, this Villersoise with a very sunny character hopes to attract people to this new adventure.
I like it almost more than my job because it stimulates people. As they say, alone we go faster, together we go further.
