Create a second Snapchat account? (Mobile phone, social media, snap)

Hi,

I would like to create a second and completely anonymous Snapchat account. None of my contacts and current Snapchat friends should know that this account is mine.

I can well imagine that it sounds like I want to stalk people on Snapchat. I can only say that this is not the case.

My question now is is this possible?
