PT Bank’s mobile banking application is excited CIMB Niaga Tbk, namely OCTO Mobile, experienced a disturbance. Seen on Twitter, a number of customers complained about difficulties accessing their accounts.
For example, the @ib**** account, which says that after updating OCTO Mobile to the latest version, it’s getting slower. Then the user interface (UI) even makes it confusing.
“It’s better if the old version is @CIMBNiaga, please fix it right away, it’s really slow. If you haven’t released the latest version yet, don’t be in a hurry, it will disrupt customers’ financial activities,” write him, seen detikcomSaturday (18/2/2023).
Then the account @Ko**** also complained about the same problem. “After updating the Octo Mobile application, it’s even harder to log in. From earlier I kept playing and the application crashed,” he wrote.
Quoted from the official Twitter account @CIMBNiaga, the blue tick also explained that this condition was due to extraordinary enthusiasm. “We are working on getting it back to normal access. Please wait. Thank you for your loyalty and understanding,” he wrote.
Responding to this, the President Director CIMB Niaga Lani Darmawan explained that the OCTO Mobile application had just been cut over today and was still being adjusted.
“We are improving. OctoClicks is usable and has even more features,” he said.
Lani added that customers need not worry because CIMB Niaga continues to make improvements so that the application can be accessed as soon as possible.
