Rapper Itzo Hazarta has lost the case against his first wife Diana Koteva for parental rights over Adelina. He had taken away the mother’s right to see the child seven years ago. Due to the court’s decision, the social services should get involved and give Diana the opportunity to see her child.
“Itzo did not pick up my phone on the days allotted to me for court meetings. The door did not open for me on the grounds that the child did not want to see me. I went with a bailiff, with the police, with the social services, I filed complaints, but I guess she doesn’t want to see me, but I’ll do my best to make her feel good about me without pitting her against anyone. She’s cool and reserved. I’m sure Itso is fine. “After she found out I was pregnant with my second child by my new husband, she started to get very picky and bad about me. I told her I wouldn’t tolerate such behavior, and we didn’t hear from each other for several months.” , cried Diana in an exclusive interview with “Gallery” a year and a half ago.
Adelina herself also told the court that she is willing to communicate with her mother if she respects her opinion and interests. She is more attached to her father, who has been caring for her since she was 12, which is quite normal, but she has also remained attached to her mother. The psychologist believes that the girl needs to communicate with both her parents, and the prosecutor has ruled that Diana, who already lives in Plovdiv and not in London, has the opportunity to take care of the child’s mental, physical and social development.
The mother had also filed a lawsuit in the Strasbourg Court of Human Rights over the deprivation of parental rights. There, they also accepted her complaint as substantial, but asked her to try to reach an agreement with her country first, according to which she was forbidden not only to disclose information about the case, but also to mention it more. She refused, the Strasbourg court accepted her decision and now there will be a hearing.
As “Gallery” first revealed, Itzo Hazarta deprived his first wife Diana of parental rights, and the most curious thing in this case is that she did not even know about it. The two separated in 2007, dating back to the dramas in their relationship. Then she went to Kardzhali with her parents together with their daughter to look for a job while they took care of her.
“It turns out that Itzo filed a lawsuit in March 2015 to revoke my parental rights without my knowledge. I was living in London at the time,” Diana said some time ago. When she learns that she has been deprived of her rights, she is shocked because she cannot imagine that the person to whom she left her daughter, without claiming anything during the divorce, will file a lawsuit, without even notifying her.
According to Diana, the actions of the hip-hop star are caused by jealousy due to the fact that she has a new man next to her. In response, he also filed two lawsuits against Gambling. The first in the Court of Cassation to annul the decision to revoke her parental rights without arguments and without mentioning her two witnesses, was unsuccessful. Diana also took second place in the Sofia City Court, which she lost in the first instance and now won in the second.
She also won a lawsuit against the Lozenets Social Assistance Directorate, but nevertheless last saw her daughter on January 6, 2014. Her son from her second marriage has not yet met her grown-up sister. Despite the strained relationship, Diana does not stop being interested in her daughter, sending her gifts, she has also opened a deposit in which more than BGN 10,000 have already been accumulated, which Adi will be able to withdraw when she turns 18.
She strictly sends a monthly allowance, but Gambling does not accept it, and returns the Christmas presents that Diana sends to Adelina. The mother hopes for justice at last and has only one dream – to see her grown daughter when she is ready for it.
