Crash against tractor claims four serious injuries – Lower Austria

Fire brigade freed the driver from the wreck

Police say the car contained a 33-year-old driver, a 62-year-old man and two 28-year-old women. The driver of the car was trapped in the accident and had to be extricated from the vehicle by the fire department. According to the police, the four car occupants were seriously injured and some had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance helicopter.

The tractor driver suffered minor injuries and was also taken to the hospital. The road was closed during the cleanup.
