(CNN) The Fury 325 roller coaster at Carowinds Amusement Park in North Carolina has been shut down for repairs after cracks were found.

According to the park, the roller coaster is the tallest, fastest and longest in North America. The drop is about 90 to 120 meters, and the maximum speed exceeds 152 kilometers per hour.

Cracks were found at the leading edge of the steel stanchions.

As of the 1st, other rides in the park are operating and the water park remains open.

In the announcement, the park confirmed its “safety first” attitude. He stressed that all rides, including roller coasters, are inspected daily.
