CR7 gets YouTube’s silver, gold and diamond buttons

Cristiano Ronaldo’s drive to break records now transcends the playing field. After confirming his new facet as an influencer last Wednesday with the opening of his official YouTube channel called “UR-Cristiano”, El Bicho achieved a new feat on digital platforms with the cooperation of all his fans whom he affectionately calls Siuuusubscribers.

In just 24 hours, the Portuguese star has received a hat-trick of awards given by the web platform that connects millions of people around the world.

Ronaldo’s new channel reached 100,000 subscribers in minutes, securing its first button, the silver one; the Commander then climbed to one million, confirming his gold button, and finally reached 10 million subscribers with the corresponding diamond button, all this in less than a day since its creation.

Currently, “UR-Cristiano” has 19 videos and has more than 25 million subscribers, surpassing other channels of well-known athletes, such as that of the Argentine star and eternal sporting rival of CR7, Lionel Messi, who has just over 2.4 million subscribers on his channel created in 2006.

The next record the Al-Nassr attacker will seek to break will be to surpass the most famous YouTuber in the world, Mr. Beast, who has 311 million subscribers and the Ruby Button.
