– By erasing 21 points behind in the only 3rd quarter against Dallas, the Lakers had the cards in hand to win a victory that could have changed the dynamics of their end of the season. Unfortunately, Los Angeles is far too deep in crisis. While leading by 7 points with 7 minutes remaining, LeBron James (26 points) and his teammates failed to fold the case and suffered a 6th loss in 7 games.
Luka Doncic (25 pts) didn’t even need to transform into a superhero and was simply an effective conductor to avoid lifting the spirits of the Angelenos. Collectively and by pushing the Lakers to the fault, the Mavs ended up taking over. The Slovenian still offered himself a somewhat unnatural action on the athletic level with this good big tap dunk over Dwight Howard.

LeBron did his best and it was he who was behind the comeback, with a magnificent third quarter where we even saw him score from the logo… The only satisfaction of the night: the fans did not boo their players and even applauded their comeback and their efforts.
