Up-and-coming Toronto singer-songwriter Taylor Mitchell has died in hospital after being attacked by the two ferocious animals while walking alone in the woods. Hikers in the area heard her cries and notified park officials, who later killed one coyote and are still searching for the other.
Coyotes rarely attack humans, usually feeding on deer and rabbits. However, the young singer’s case ended tragically after she was bitten in multiple places on her body and died of her injuries at Halifax Hospital, where she was transported after the incident.
