This afternoon, May 21, 2021, the district received information that a student in the elementary school received a positive Covid-19 test result.
Contact tracing is being completed and those who have been exposed will be contacted. At this time, necessary precautions have been put in place and it is not necessary to close the building.
We will continue working with Public Health and our school nurses and will continue to update you as necessary.
These issues have been diminishing with time and we hope that trend continues. Thank you to everyone for the work you do keeping our school community safe. The health, safety and welfare of our students and staff remains our top priority.
