COVID patients slightly decreased – 4662 new, the number of deaths increased – 166





4662 Bulgarians have contracted COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, 260 less than yesterday, about 12% of those tested by PCR or antigen tests. 86.10% of them have not been vaccinated.

At the expense of the reduced number of newly infected, there are more deaths than the day before. The battle with the disease lost 166 people (compared to 135 the day before), of which 90.36% were not vaccinated. 3793 were cured. This is shown by the data on the Unified Information Portal. The tests performed are 39,333.

A total of 623,946 people have been diagnosed since the beginning of the pandemic. 490,450 people were cured. 108,741 people currently live with the infection.

Currently, 8372 are in hospital, and 710 of them are in intensive care units. There are 996 newly admitted Bulgarians in hospitals and 89.16% of them have not been vaccinated.

The doses of vaccines administered are 2,933,806, of which 20,776 in the last 24 hours. 1,549,160 Bulgarians have completed the vaccination cycle.
