New infections in Cantabria drop to a hundred
Cantabria has added 111 new cases of coronavirus this Saturday, which are almost a hundred less than the previous day -201 were recorded on Friday- and the incidence continues to decline, but there has been a slight increase in hospitalized patients.
According to the latest count from the Ministry, corresponding to March 5, there are five more people admitted than the day before, a total of 63, and 10 of them are still in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Thus, the hospital occupancy rate has grown four tenths, going from 3.5% to 3.9%, while the ICU occupancy rate has not changed and remains at 7.1%. In addition, the seven-day Intensive Care admission rate has dropped another two tenths and today is at 0%, although the hospital admission rate has risen half a point, to 8.2%.
