In Israel, 460 new coronavirus cases were recorded over the weekend, 323 yesterday and 137 since midnight, with 31 patients hospitalized in serious condition. This was announced by the Israeli Ministry of Health saying that the number of infected yesterday is the highest since April 6. And explaining that the active cases in the country are now 2,398.
On the vaccination campaign, the ministry explained that 9,569 people received a first dose of the vaccine on the last day and 1,390 the second. In total, out of a population of 9.3 million, 5.62 million people received a first dose of the vaccine.
