North Korea reports 167,000 new infections
The health authorities of North Korea have confirmed this Monday 167,650 new infections of coronavirus and a deceased by the virus eleven days after confirming his first outbreak of the disease.
Since the start of the first outbreak of COVID-19, North Korea, with a population of nearly 25 million people, has recorded more than 2.81 million infectionsof which 2.33 have recovered from the disease.
However, due to the lack of means to confirm coronavirus infections, health authorities are reporting infections by a strange “fever”. Much of the international community, including the World Health Organization (WHO), has offered to lend a helping hand to Pyongyang, although the Asian nation has not responded.
