We are renowned in the world for many things, but good food and good wine always stay first for our lifestyle “.

Who said: “I hope that God will help us to overcome this crisis, but we need fresh money here. They have authorized to do outdoor catering, but that’s not enough: how do you eat out in this cold? We have to reopen our restaurants, maybe we increase the distances, we put the glass to separate the customers “. He still doesn’t know when Casa will reopen Vissani, the restaurant he has on Corbara Lake, near Orvieto: “But in these months of closure we have lost at least 2 million euros”. The chef then announced that he had been vaccinated yesterday: “I did the Pfizer at the Brunello Cucinelli vaccination center and yesterday I also did the swab and the serological test, thank God I have never contracted Covid in recent months”. And speaking of Draghi, jokingly, he said: “I saw him put on a bit of weight, he showed character to call Erdogan a dictator.”
