In an interview outside the National Palace, the official said that it is likely that the new vaccination period will begin in October and Patria and Abdala will be applied.
These measures were taken in accordance with the provisions of the World Health Organization (WHO), which determined that COVID is a seasonal disease, which will affect the cold season.
The period of application contemplated is from October to December.

”The pandemic has further thrown off many health-related indicators and contributed to inequalities in access to high-quality healthcare, routine immunizations and financial protection. As a result, the trends of improvement in malaria and tuberculosis have been reversed,” he details.
