In this sense, they announced that according to the latest studies carried out on the vaccines that are currently available, the Moderna Bivalente and the Pfizer Bivalente, it is recommended that “all people, under 50 years of age, who do not have comorbidities, apply a annual dose of these vaccines. This means that they must be vaccinated with boosters, once a year.
While, the other groups that are: health personnel; personnel considered strategic; those under 50 years who have comorbidities; all seniors, from age 50 onwards; Immunocompromised patients and pregnant women “should receive a booster of these vaccines every six months, regardless of the last dose applied, in order to be properly protected against the disease. That is, twice a year.

Likewise, in relation to the above, they specified that in the groups of people under 50 years of age, both those who have and those who do not have comorbidities, “there are boys and girls who, after six months of life, can already receive their dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, with the recommended vaccination schedule”.

In this sense, they invited the residents to come to the Plaza San Martín and the pedestrian promenade on Friday the 14th, Saturday the 15th and Sunday the 17th of July, from 4 to 7 pm, where there will be vaccination tents simultaneously.
“In each of these places, a team of vaccinators will be applying both the COVID vaccine boosters and the corresponding flu vaccine dose, to the different established risk groups, as indicated by the current National Vaccination Calendar,” they reported.
