As detailed by the Minsa, this antidote was authorized at the national level as the only application for adults over 60 years of age, health personnel, pregnant women and patients with a chronic disease.

Likewise, those people who are more vulnerable or transplant recipients who have not yet received any vaccine against COVID-19 should apply up to three doses of the monovalent vaccine.

On the other hand, immunocompromised people with a solid organ transplant (heart, liver, lungs, kidney, pancreas), with a bone marrow transplant, patients undergoing cancer treatment, on dialysis or with autoimmune diseases can also apply this dose.

Last but not least, patients who suffer from chronic lung and neurological diseases, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, people living with HIV, who have serious mental illness, among others, also will be able to access the adapted monovalent vaccine.
