Presentation of the establishment
The vaccination will take place in 3 stages, you should plan 30 minutes on site: – reception by the secretariat – pre-vaccination consultation / injection of the vaccine by a nurse – monitoring 15 minutes before leaving (delivery of the vaccination certificate upon departure) Thank you to arrive 10 minutes MAXIMUM before your appointment. If you have more than 10 minutes early, please wait (if possible) in your vehicle. Please present yourself with: – your completed pre-vaccination questionnaire (if possible) – your vital card – your vaccination prescription if necessary You can go to the vaccination center accompanied by a loved one if it is really necessary. The 2 appointments (1st and 2nd injection) must be taken at the same time. If the 2nd injection could not be done, please cancel your second appointment.
