The Ministry of Health, Social Development and Sports expands the possibilities of accessing vaccination, both for those who have not yet been vaccinated, as well as those who have not completed the scheme or who are already in a position to receive the booster dose, or third dose.

More than 70 primary health care centers (CAPS) will join the vaccination campaign starting next week and, for logistical reasons, progressively.

In this way, the Ministry of Health, Social Development and Sports expands the possibilities of accessing vaccination, both for those who have not yet been vaccinated, as well as those who have not completed the scheme or who are already in a position to receive the dose of booster, or third dose. In all cases, they must provide their ID and vaccination card if the person has already received a dose.

Parallel to the incorporation of the health centers into the operation, the vaccination centers against COVID-19 will continue to work as they did throughout the year.

According to him Public Vaccination MonitorIn Mendoza, 2,942,112 vaccines have been applied, 1,580,947 being those who received a first dose and 1,251,488 those who completed the two-dose schedule. Likewise, 67,268 received a third booster dose given their higher risk situation for the disease and 36,896 have the third additional dose that is recommended to be given 180 days after completing the two-dose schedule.
