This was conveyed by the Lung Specialist at the Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Academic Hospital, Dr. Siswanto SpP, as reported by TribunJogja (27/10/2021).

Siswanto said the impact Long Covid Patients with moderate, severe and critical severity are usually encountered.
Groups of patients with comorbidities may also experience long Covid-19 and does not rule out the possibility of occurring in patients with mild categories.
“The ones most at risk are people with diabetes mellitus, heart failure, hypertension, metabolic disease, and chronic lung disease. In addition, those that carry risks are also coincidental diseases, for example when exposed to Covid-19 at the same time as being exposed to Tuberculosis (TB) or other complications,” he explained.
