JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Corruption Eradication Commission ( NCP) have sealed five locations related to the alleged bribery case for the provision of social assistance Covid-19.
In this case, the KPK named five suspects, including the Minister of Social Affairs Juliari Batubara.
“There are five locations that have been investigated by the KPK line, “said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri, at the KPK White Metah Building, Jakarta, Sunday, quoted from Among.
Ali did not reveal the five locations that had been sealed and would be searched.
However, KPK officers visited the Ministry of Social Affairs office on Jalan Kenari, Central Jakarta, Saturday (5/12/2020).
Apart from Juliari, the KPK named four other suspects in this case, namely Matheus Joko Santoso, Adi Wahyono, Ardian IM and Harry Sidabuke.
Matheus and Adi are the commitment-making office (PPK) in the Ministry of Social Affairs which is also alleged to have received bribes, while Ardian and Harry are the private parties who are suspected bribers.
In this case, Juliari is suspected of receiving bribes related to the Covid-19 social assistance procurement of IDR 17 billion.
The money is fee provided by partner companies in the procurement and distribution of social assistance projects for Covid-19.

The KPK said, fee which is pegged to be deposited by partners to the Ministry of Social Affairs in the amount of Rp. 10,000 from the value of Rp. 300,000 per social assistance package.
For his actions, Juliari is suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU) in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
