“Screenings are still in progress, we will be able over the next few hours to have a clearer picture of the state of contamination of the premises. Of course, we will make sure to keep people in isolation for a few more days so that they can be screened again. We know that the disease still has an incubation period that must be taken into account, so to prevent other people from being contaminated, we must give ourselves several more days ”, explains the assistant director of nursing at the CISSS du Bas. -Saint-Laurent, Isabelle Ouellet.
The screening operation will continue in the coming days. Remember that with 79.8%, the vaccination rate of the MRC de La Matapédia is the lowest in Bas-Saint-Laurent.
