COVID-19 RI Adds 107 Cases at the Moment of Eid 3 May 2022

The number of cases of the Corona COVID-19 virus in Indonesia increased by 107, Tuesday (3/5/2022). Meanwhile, the number of recovered patients increased by 395, and 18 cases died. The number of active cases recorded was 6,951, specimens examined were 46,778, and suspects were 986.

  • New cases increase by 107, total cases to 6,047,315
  • Recovered cases increased by 395, total recovered to 5,884,059
  • Death cases increased by 18, total death to 156.305

The data was collected by the Indonesian Ministry of Health until 12.00 WIB.

In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak subsided, the Indonesian Ministry of Health reported that three cases of ‘mysterious’ hepatitis died. Three patients were treated at dr Ciptomangunkusumo Hospital, referred from East Jakarta and West Jakarta.

Called hepatitis ‘mysterious’ because the cause of the infection is not known. There are already 170 cases of mysterious hepatitis in the world which are mostly found in European countries such as the UK. Singapore also recently reported a ‘mysterious’ hepatitis infection.

Here’s a list of ‘mysterious’ hepatitis symptoms to watch out for:

  • Dark urine
  • The dirt is pale, gray
  • Yellowing of the whites of the eyes or skin (jaundice)
  • Itchy skin
  • Muscle or joint pain
  • Fever
  • Nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain
  • Fatigue or loss of appetite.
